Welcome to the Miss Indian Northwest Pageant. By registering for or participating in this event, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility

Participants must meet the eligibility requirements listed for their division.

• Contestants must submit a completed application before the deadline.
• Participants under 18 must have written consent from a parent or legal guardian.
• Contestants must follow all pageant rules and guidelines.

2. Registration & Entry Fees

• Registration fees must be paid in full to secure participation.
• Entry fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizers.
• Optional competitions or activities may require additional fees.

3. Code of Conduct

Contestants must behave respectfully and professionally during all pageant activities.

• Harassment or bullying
• Disruptive or inappropriate conduct
• Failure to follow event instructions

Violation of these rules may result in disqualification.

4. Judging

All judging decisions are final.

Contestants may be evaluated based on:

• Stage presence
• Confidence and personality
• Appearance and presentation
• Interview performance

5. Media Release

By participating, contestants grant the pageant permission to photograph and record their participation. Images and videos may be used for promotional and marketing purposes including websites, social media, and advertising.

6. Liability Waiver

Participation in the pageant is voluntary. The organizers, sponsors, and venue operators are not responsible for:

• Personal injury
• Lost or stolen property
• Accidents during pageant activities

7. Wardrobe & Appearance

Contestants are responsible for providing their own wardrobe, makeup, and styling unless otherwise stated.

All attire must be age-appropriate and suitable for a family-friendly event.

8. Disqualification

Contestants may be disqualified for:

• Providing false application information
• Violating pageant rules
• Unsportsmanlike conduct
• Failure to attend required activities

9. Prizes & Titles

Titles and prizes are non-transferable. Winners may be required to participate in promotional appearances related to the pageant.

10. Event Changes

The organizers reserve the right to modify the schedule, format, or location of the event if necessary.

11. Privacy

Information collected during registration will only be used for event administration and communication related to the pageant.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon.
